My parents moved into their new home about 2 weeks ago. It is such a beautiful home. We actually found this home while my mom was in South Carolina & there was already an offer on it. My parents went ahead & put their offer on it - without seeing it - & we found out 3 days later that there were 4 total offers (it had only been on the market 4 days) & my parent's was the one that got accepted!! So my dad came down to see it that weekend. My mom came back 2 weeks later - & signed the papers that day. They still have lots to unpack & get rid of but it's slowly happening. They are at such a weird transition in their lives moving into a new home but leaving for their mission in 2 months.

Here's the front of the home...they're about ready to reseed the grass since it hadn't been watered in the dead heat of summer for a few months.

Some of my favorite things about this home:

This is what you see right as you walk in the front entry. This house is built around this pool so you see it from all sides of the home. There are misters all around the pool so we don't melt as we sit out there. & cute waterfalls that shoot out from the ground.

Here's Ezra...having a pool at both grandparents house makes it possible to swim almost daily. Last summer - he would play outside & around the pool while everyone was swimming but this year - he wants to keep up with Adde & all the older kids & he's done quite well. No more floaties for this little dude

the RV garage that is connected to the garages. RV parking was a must for my parents - but they got a garage instead. We'll take it

the master bath. it has a baday!! sweet

& part of the master bath. the closet is just off to it & it's a room itself with built in cabinets. so beautiful.

This home is just so beautiful & all the colors & the layout of the home is just amazing. We're so happy that they (we:) found a home & that can be in a smaller home that is just a few years old & is very low maintenance with a much smaller yard.
