Last night, we spent it in Vegas with some amazing friends, John & Mikelle, who also celebrated their 7 yr. anniversary 2 weeks ago. Love that there are 4 of us couples that were all married within 2 weeks of each other. Made it hard to go to each other's weddings but makes it fun to celebrate with them now!!
Kelly surprised me with a Vegas trip. He told me we were going to some steak house in Mesquite...what? I hate Mesquite but he said it was really nice. I kept prying & trying to get more out of him & he was really bugged. But I really had no idea we weren't going to Mesquite till we drove past the final exit. We went straight to Mandalay Bay - checked out this amazing suite that John had hook ups too. Do people really vacay like this? Please can I be on that list? The view of Vegas from the suite
We ate at a restaurant there called Shanghai Lilly. Very delish but loved the atmosphere more than anything. Very chinesee:) We must have thought something was really funny...what's with the big cheeses?

Back up to the suite before we got to go see LION KING!! Loved it. It was very fun & the costumes were AMAZING. The opening act was awesome - probably my favorite part of the entire show. All the animals that came out were just so awesome & very clever. Here's John & Kel just kickin it in the suite - wishing we all lived like that...

So fun! I had heard the Mesquite plan too, and was wondering the same thing ...who goes to Mesquite. Glad to see that he didn't disappoint. Well done Kell- Happy 7 years
Kelly is the man! Looks like a blast. Miss you guys! Sorry we never came back to say a formal goodbye...it got crazy! OH MAN we are SOOOO far away! lets skype! i am going to try and figure it out!
