Clear back in July, the kids started talking about Halloween costumes. They were constantly changing. Once the end of September came around, they were pretty set on what they wanted....Ezra wanted to be Mario & Adde was going to be a pink ninja. That is until we went to Costco & she saw this Mermaid costume & that's all she wanted {even though she was a mermaid when she was 2}.
The kids LOVE dressing up. If grandma & grandpa came over, they would put their costume on so they could show them off. If any cousins came over, same thing. We spray painted Adde's hair & added some glitter & Ezra got the mustache. They were set & ready to go.
We ate us some pizza & the kids were ready to go trick or treating even though it was only 6. Kelly made them wait another 30 minutes, which killed Adde. She waited outside until he came & said it was time to go. It was still early & light. Oh well. They ended up only being gone for less than an hour too. They got all the candy they wanted & were ready to come home. Kelly even said Ezra was sometimes stay back with Kelly & let Adde do the trick or treating. I was glad the kids got back early because Adde & Ezra ended up handing out all the candy which was nice. I was sick of getting up & down a million times being all fat and pregnant.
