February 13th

This last weekend was really hard. We attended our friend, PD's funeral. It was really sad but good. There were lots of really good stories told about him & one minute we were laughing & the next crying. Man - he lived one good life & will be truly missed by everyone who knew him.

The funeral services were in Draper & the burial services were at the Smithfield cemetery right near Logan. It made for a long & draining day but it was really good to see everyone. So after, we had to make a trip back to Logan & see the Danbury house. Right as we pulled up, one of the occupants walked up & said what's with the mormon mafia? Funny

LOVE these boys. This is where I met Kelly & all of these awesome guys living in this house (just missing ben & pd). 4 of these boys got married within 2 weeks of each other - we're still waiting on Wes to find the right one:)

I had to jump in the pictures since I was practically another roommate. Being up there & with everyone just brought back so many fun memories. It seriously was the funnest year of mine & Kelly's life because of all these awesome people.

How appropriate that there was a green honda civic sitting right in front of the house. It's only missing the dent.

Had to become true aggies (even though really not true since it wasn't a full moon or homecoming)

Lige & Shelli always have to copy us:)

After, we all met up at my parent's house for some yummy food & reminiscing. It was the first time all us have been together in seven years. We were only missing one person. It was fun talking about the good ol' memories that it seemed like PD was just in California - not able to make it.

The Danbury boys: Ben Gunn, Lige Carr, Barry Sorenson, Wes Whitehead, Kelly & John Hafen.

One of Kelly's roommates married my roommate, Katie. I miss her - she's the worst friend ever:) We haven't seen each other for a few years even though her parents & inlaws live within a mile radius of us in Santa Clara. I hope that it's not another seven years before we have another Danbury reunion.
